Can a parent observe the class?
Absolutely, parents are always invited to come and watch.
What should my child wear to class?
Girls:
Leotard is recommended, shorts and t-shirt, warm-up suit or sweat-suit.
Boys:
Shorts and T-shirt
Does the gym have a competitive team?
Yes. Competitive Team is by invitation. Currently, we only have girls team available.
What experience do the coaches have?
Our Head Coach, Donny Gardiner, has over 52 years of experience as a gymnastics coach.
Shalana Milholland, has over 10 years experience.
Both of our coaches are Safety Certified in the sport of gymnastics.
What will my child learn?
We teach fundamentals of gymnastics and we challenge the individuals ability on:
- Tumbling
- Uneven Bars
- Parallel Bars
- Trampoline
- Balance Beam
- Tumble Track
and various shapes of mats.
