Silver Valley Gymnastics offers a variety of classes geared toward the needs of growing children in the Silver Valley that in are interested in building skills in the sport of gymnastics and general athletic abilities.

Recreational classes
We focus on safely challenging each of our school age gymnasts to achieve skills on all competitive events. The focus is on building strength, flexibility, and confidence. The skills learned in gymnastics will benefit any additional sports they may choose in their future.

A little about Donny......
1970 National Junior College Trampoline Champion, Top 10 on Vault and Floor Exercise.
1971 World Bronze Champion on Synchronized Trampoline
Experienced coaching at the National Level with both Boys and Girls.
Donny is the father of 7 children and has been coaching gymnastics for over 50 years. His approach is faith-based.
Shalana Milholland
Preschool - Team Level Coach

Shalana is the mother of 4 children.
Choreographer and coach for over 8 years.
